Bearing Blocks

- Need a simple, lightweight and efficient way to mount your bearings on thin material or tubing? Look no further!

- Bearing blocks allow teams to mount bearings where there usually would not be the surface area to do so.

- Want 1" x 1" tube with a 1-1/8" bearing? No problem. Want to mount a bearing in sheet metal or thin polycarbonate? No problem. 

- Designed to be a very tight interference fit to eliminate the possibility of bearings spinning in the bore. For easy installation we advise heating the bearing block for 10-15s per side with a standard heat gun (See instructions below)

- These bearing blocks are 3D Printed from PA6/66-CF20, an ultra strong and durable carbon fiber infused nylon6/66 copolymer. 

- ~1/2 the weight of aluminum!

- Sold in packages of 2

Installation Instructions:

1. Heat both sides with a heat gun for 10-15s
2. Insert bearing into bore
3. Wait for block to cool before handling
4. Once block is cooled the bearing will be installed with a very tight fit

**Be very careful around hot objects, we advise using the proper PPE at all times**
